Organizations with as few as 15 employees are required to keep records related to applicants and hiring processes. This requirement may present a problem when resumes arrive by email, fax, U.S. mail, online, etc. The result may provide an organization with no means of defense if a Title VII (discrimination) complaint is filed.

With AutoHire you can have all your hiring transactions (job post, resume collection, and applicant communications) managed by the system so that the information needed to meet record keeping requirements, or to respond to issues, are available when needed.

Career Center Functionality:
Candidates today expect organizations, large and small, to provide career related information about their organization online. They also expect to be able to view job opportunities available and to apply for these opportunities online. Many organizations today meet these expectations. The positive experience provided to job seekers helps them to recruit the best talent. AutoHire can provide your organization with a multi-page "Career Center" system, with applicant home page functionality, to post your jobs opportunities, to collect resumes online, to collect responses to interactive questions, and to screen and rank applicants.

Applicant Tracking System:
While applicants access the "Career Center" of AutoHire, recruiters and hiring managers access the "Applicant Tracking" portion of the system.

The hiring process is initiated and managed from the Applicant Tracking system. Job templates and screening questions can be entered into libraries for later selection during the job requisition creation and posting process. Candidate communications, resumes, responses to interactive questions, screening results, and status indicators are presented in the Applicant and Resume Management sub-systems.
