AutoHire is extremely stable, easy to use and has a track record of 99% uptime. We go above and beyond to satisfy every customer and have multiple levels of support for each type of situation that may arise.

We respond immediately to system error issues that prevent utilization of the system and will engage whatever resources are needed to resolve such issues. System error issues that become known but are not critical or do not prevent use of the system are responded to within 48 hours. In the event of hardware failure that isn’t automatically addressed by our redundant systems, we have procedures in place to restore service within 24 hours. Redundant systems include multiple data access points to the Internet, dual hot-swappable power supplies for each server, multiple hot-swappable disk drives for each server and data-vault device, redundant servers, and other redundant systems maintained by the hosting provider to assure continued network access.
